Additional Offerings

1:1 Literacy Tutoring

Individualized literacy support, thoughtfully tailored to your child.

Our one-on-one literacy tutoring is designed for young children who benefit from individualized attention and a learning experience tailored just for them. Sessions take place in your home and are led by a speech therapist and literacy specialist, allowing us to meet your child exactly where they are and build the skills they need to grow as readers.

Each session is highly engaging and play-based, with activities thoughtfully selected and adjusted to reflect your child’s evolving literacy needs. Because tutoring is one-on-one, lessons move at your child’s pace - whether that means slowing down to solidify foundations or moving ahead when they’re ready - while keeping learning joyful and confidence-building.

Families love this option for its flexibility, personalized approach, and the opportunity to receive expert guidance without the pressures of a classroom setting. Caregivers are supported with simple, easy-to-use strategies and activities to practice literacy skills at home with confidence.

Professional Development

Practical, research-informed literacy strategies for teachers and families.

Our professional development offerings are designed to support the adults who shape young children’s learning every day - teachers and caregivers alike. Led by speech therapists and literacy specialists, our PDs focus on highly applicable, evidence-based strategies that can be seamlessly integrated into existing routines and instruction.

For educators of young learners, we partner with schools - especially private schools that may not have a dedicated literacy program embedded into their curriculum - to strengthen early literacy instruction in meaningful, realistic ways. Sessions emphasize strategies that fit naturally into the classroom, helping teachers support developmentally appropriate literacy skills without adding extra programs or materials.

We also offer parent-focused professional development for families of toddlers and young children. These sessions empower caregivers with a deeper understanding of how language and literacy develop and provide simple, practical tools they can use during everyday moments like play, daily routines, and shared reading.

Across all PDs, our goal is the same: to build confidence, clarity, and real-world tools - so adults leave feeling inspired, informed, and ready to apply what they’ve learned right away.
